CPP is a project I have been planning for years and I am excited to be launching it in 2023.

I have 23 years experience in Commercial Property investment, finance, development and management. During that time I have worked in both commercial and private property companies in Auckland and Sydney. I established and led a high performing and successful Property Management team with a portfolio valued at over $200m. I have been the CFO for a respected Property Group. I have dealt with hundreds of tenants in a wide range of businesses and I understand how to support businesses to flourish.

After two decades of observing how property managers, landlords and tenants work together, I could see that none of the parties were getting the results that they wanted.

CPP’s mission is to provide elite Property Management and Consultancy services that achieve the best results for all parties.
