Maintenance and Compliance of your building goes hand in hand with collecting and reconciling tenant outgoings. This Module takes care of all of your portfolios Facility Management, Maintenance and Outgoings requirements

  • This includes establishing and managing all of the regular maintenance of your property.

    We also manage response maintenance for unplanned events, and irregular or sporadic maintenance, like remarking car parks.

    Facilities Management also includes your building compliance including coordinating the Building WOF, and items like fire evacuation.

    We take care of your annual insurance renewal from arranging updated valuations, to managing insurance claims and audits.

    Health and Safety also falls under Facilities Management and our robust procedures ensure that Landlords obligations under the H&S at Work Act are met.

    I use trusted professional companies to maintain your buildings or I can use your preferred supplier if you already have agreements in place.

  • CPP can assist with estimating and setting outgoings budgets for your new building, or reviewing and adjusting your existing outgoings budgets.

    We can also collect your outgoings, reconcile and wash up your annual outgoings budgets.

    Understanding tenant outgoings can be tricky but I can assess your leases and make sure the correct outgoings is charged to each tenant.

    Timely annual reconciling and budgeting assists tenants with their cashflow and ensure your outgoings are in line with your leases.

  • We can manage your Capital or Landlords works for you.

    CPP can also arrange quotes for renovation works as required.

  • Our consultancy service is also available to deal with isolated issues like setting up your outgoings and service contracts, even if you don’t require a Property Management Contract.
