Environmental Policy

CPP is committed to minimising the impact of our business on the environment. We believe that it is our responsibility to protect the natural environment for future generations, and better conditions for the current populations.

Our Environmental Policies are;

• Education:

  • Advising our clients of strategies and environmental policies that can be implemented for their commercial properties.

  • Advising business owners of strategies to reduce their waste by using compostable packaging and recycling all recyclable materials.

• Waste Minimisation: Reduce the amount of waste going to landfill by ensuring recycling options are available both in our business and the properties we manage.

• Energy Saving: Encouraging the use of modern, efficient appliances and lighting in commercial buildings and in our own business. Encouraging use of daylight timers or sensors on lights.

• Promoting use of Electric Vehicles: Providing electric vehicle charging stations at our commercial properties.

• Reduce Hazardous Chemical Use: We prefer to work with companies that use environmentally friendly cleaners and weed control chemicals, and ask our contractors to use these where ever possible.

CPP is also dedicated to ongoing review and improvement of this Environmental Policy with the help of our Sustainability Consultant, Katie Ipsen.
